The only real problem I've had with this company is that they sent me a book that was supposed to be in excellent condition. Free books are also no problem. Great customer service. I think Thriftbooks overall is a great company, but it is the people that can make a place. ThriftBooks fit the bill. The only time I don't order from them is if I want the book in a short amount of time. The other employees can be very childish at times, kind of a he said she said type of place.
